Shipping & Returns
Please note, due to Covid-19 there have been unprecedented delays for shipping. I try to get your items out as soon as possible, but unfortunately I do not have control over any delays. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight of the item. The following worldwide shipping is available below:

An email will be sent as your item is shipped, along with a tracking number. Please note, shipping times can be delayed due to Covid which is currently out of my hands. I do apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
International Customers: I'm happy to ship anywhere in the world, though I am not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. All international countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order, if there is any. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and/or you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
Candles and Jewelry
We are not required to replace or refund any orders that are damage due to shipping, all orders are sent with ample protection to prevent any damages.
We offer a return/exchange within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Once your order has been shipped we are not responsible for further shipping related issues, please contact the shipment company with your tracking number.
As each item is made to order, and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, in the rare case that your item is damaged upon delivery or becomes unraveled within the first wear, please contact us HERE with photo proof and we will asses the situation for next steps on a case-by-case basis.
